Kelly, is the owner and founder of Northwest Beauty and Wellness. She is a dedicated and compassionate individual, who was raised off and on in the picturesque Pacific Northwest (PNW) also growing up in Southern California. She made the PNW her permanent home in 2006. A loving mother to three wonderful children, she finds immense joy in spending quality time with her family and exploring new destinations through travel.
Kelly’s professional journey has been deeply rooted in the medical field, starting at the young age of 18. Over the course of two decades, she worked tirelessly in emergency medicine, honing her skills and knowledge to provide the best possible care for her patients. Beginning as a medical technician, Kelly’s unwavering commitment to her profession led her to pursue further education, ultimately becoming a registered nurse and eventually a nurse practitioner.
With a burning desire for self-improvement and a passion for continuous learning, Kelly consistently seeks out opportunities to expand her knowledge and expertise. She actively enrolls in ongoing educational programs and pursues advanced certifications to stay abreast of the latest advancements in the aesthetic field. Jackie Purvis is a native of Port Angeles, is a warm-hearted esthetician who finds joy in connecting with people. With a natural inclination towards social interactions, she thrives in creating meaningful experiences for her clients. As a loving wife and mother of two, she balances her career and family life with grace and devotion.
Alongside her passion for skincare, she embraces an active lifestyle and cherishes fitness as a cornerstone of well-being.

Pam is a licensed master esthetician as well as a certified medical assistant. After ten years managing and assisting in a Mohs and cosmetic surgery center, she went on to complete her esthetics education at the prestigious Euro Institute of Skincare and Washington Laser Institute. She is certified through the National Coalition of Advanced Estheticians (NCEA) as well as oncology trained.
Pam is passionate about evidence-based, medical-grade skincare and advanced modalities to help her patients reach their esthetic goals. She is committed to furthering her education and uses the knowledge and experience she has gained to safely provide her patients with the utmost care for their individual needs.
Pam specializes in laser treatments for skin resurfacing, tattoo removal, vascular skin conditions, and hair reduction. She also performs, RF microneedling, PRF microneedling, IPL – photofacials, chemical peels, Diamond Glow facials, dermaplaning, and body contouring.
Pam grew up in Washington state on the Kitsap Peninsula. When she’s not at work, she enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and camping with her husband, two teenagers, and Frenchies, Molly and Roux.
